Use of the Application

Kabanitos Content Factory is provided as a creator tool for preparing and publishing short-form videos. Users are responsible for using the application in compliance with applicable laws, platform policies, and TikTok's terms.

Account Authorization

The application may request TikTok authorization through OAuth. Users must authorize only accounts they own or have permission to manage.

Content Rights

Users must upload, process, and publish only content they own or have permission to use. The application must not be used for copyright infringement, impersonation, spam, deceptive activity, or unauthorized reposting.

Publishing

When TikTok publishing is enabled, the application may publish videos to the user's authorized TikTok account using TikTok's approved developer APIs and the permissions granted by the user.

Availability

The application is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted service. Video processing and publishing may fail because of network issues, third-party service changes, API limits, or invalid user configuration.

Termination

Access may be disabled if the application is used for unlawful activity, spam, rights violations, platform abuse, or other prohibited behavior.
